Wadda we got here hmmmm? We got a new pilot, we got a weird kid with a blue kitty named Gweeseek, wadda we got? We got a whole weird-ass company dedicated to finding stuff run by a talking dog, hmmm... I think I FOUND IT! I think I found the show that can SAVE Cartoon Network! Yes maybe another wacky comedy isn't exactly what they need right now, but it seems far more stable and structured compared to everything else in The LOL RANDOM AND STUPID category. As good as OK KO Let's Be Heroes is I don't particularly like it's artstyle, not because I'm opposed to a series going off-model but because it doesn't ... it doesn't even look like it's finished... the actual animation is up and down in places which kinda works with what it's trying to do, but the actual designs almost always look like rough storyboards.

Tiggle Winks looks far more stable in terms of its animation being incredibly fluid and bouncy with a stable artstyle that looks just different enough to not be called an Uncle Grandpa knockoff (which makes sense because a lot of the same team worked on this pilot). Just from the get-go I love the characters Tiggy and Gweeseek! The idea of a company that acts as a lost and found detective agency is very reminiscent of Codename: Kids Next Door but on crack! The Department of Lost and Found is literally BRIMMING with all sorts of wacky fun; plentiful with a variety of colorful characters it could use! In a way it's actually more stable than OK KO in that endeavor as well, and unlike Uncle Grandpa it's a lot more clearly focused on what it's doing.

Uncle Grandpa was not at all a bad show, but it didn't really know what it was going for. A lot of people who weren't put off by the name alone I imagine couldn't really understand the show itself. I mean when even Mr. Enter has a brain fart over a show and has no opinion on it you KNOW it's a weird egg! My favorite character though is Tiggy Winks' dog boss! I dunno why but any character Rich Fulcher plays just draws me in with that dim yet sexy voice... oh yeah, me and my mom LOVE The Mighty Boosh! Maybe I'll review it some time!

Anyways the pilot did a great job of sucking me into this weird world as Tiggy and Gweeseek (seriously how do you come up with a name that awesome?) hunt down their bosses missing Abby-Ka Dabby (if you're not fit you don't deseve to live!) which is basicaly a magic ab machine! I don't really wanna spoil the rest of the episode not just because of spoiling all the jokes but because it actually has a very nice (albeit kinda predictable) ending to tie it's mystery villain into the episode very well. Just watch it! If you like Uncle Grandpa or even the Looney Tunes you'll love this! If Cartoon Network, didn’t green light this THEY WOULDN'T DESERVE TO LIVE!
